They always want plots on Entebbe road especially in rich neighbourhoods of Lubowa, Sseguku,Kawuku,Bwerenga, Garuga,Nkumba, kasenyi,Mpala,kitara,kitoro,Entebbe and the surrounding areas.The main reason is that they prefer to stay around the shores or near lake victoria or near Entebbe highway or Entebbe internationa Airport,and their friends who stay around these areas.

Forexample on our website Spartaproperties.ug a 50 decimals of land in Lubowa is mostly at USD 120,000/= and a 13 decimals of land in the same place is at USD 45,000/= and a 1 acre of land is USD 270,000, we have named our prices in US dollars because most of the people buying in these areas are foreigners although on our listings we do it in Ugandan shillings.Some times you find a piece of land like 12 decimals of land relatively lower than the usual price depending on the urgency of the landlord for money but still not lower than i.e USD 22,000/=.
